While booking the ticket customer must need the genuine information regarding the ticket.

The day for which customer is booking ticket, they must visite the park same day. No other day will be consider to play in park either in soft paly or in Trampoline

Customer must bring the PDF / Mail to verify ticket at the counter.

If the day for which ticket has booked is the Weekend then customer will be charged extra as per weekend day rate for soft play as well as Trampoline.

Customer must report to ticket counter 30 min earlier befor playing in park.

All visitors must follow safety guidelines while playing in park.
